Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a server to provide courteous dining room service for residents and guests, assist with menu orders, and support meal-related activities in a senior living setting.

The role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with emphasis on teamwork, confidentiality, and resident comfort. Training and in-services are provided as part of ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must lift 50 lbs regularly and carry heavy objects for 20 feet.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously and assist with menu orders.
• Provide beverage service and restock salt/pepper/sugar; attend to sanitation and organization.
• Report any broken equipment or tableware to supervisor.
• Maintain proper serving techniques and basic food knowledge.
• Assist with tray service and dining room clean up.
• Interacts politely with residents, guests, coworkers and supervisors.
