Job summary

CulinArt Group, a Compass Group USA affiliate, seeks a Sr. Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day foodservice operations. You will lead a team, manage client relationships, and drive account profitability and talent development.

Responsibilities include budget adherence, ensuring top-quality food, and directing safety and sanitation programs while collaborating across departments and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum five years of proven leadership experience.
• Two to four years of direct foodservice ops management with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability; contract-managed service experience desirable.
• ServSafe certification a plus.
• Must be forward thinking and the face of the company.

Responsibilities

• Operates the department within budget, delivering maximum value to the client.
• Ensures the food offered is of superior quality.
• Directs safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
