CulinArt Group, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking a Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day operations for a dining account. You will lead a team of associates, manage client relations, and ensure that the food offered to customers is of superior quality.

Collaborate with the Chef and management to create menus and provide top-quality food. Oversee P&L, budgeting, and roll out new culinary programs across the account.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
• High volume production and catering experience required.
• Experience managing a budget.
• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
