Compass Group USA is seeking a Senior Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day foodservice operations, lead a team, and manage client relationships while driving profitability and talent development across the account.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and foodservice operations experience, with a focus on quality, safety, and cost controls. This position is based in Nashville and offers opportunities for strategic impact within a large hospitality organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of additional experience.
• Minimum of five years of proven leadership expertise.
• Two to four years of direct foodservice operational management experience with inventory/purchasing knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, cost controls, and presentation.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience desirable.
• ServSafe certification a plus.
• Must be forward thinking and the face of the Company.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day foodservice operations within the department.
• Manages and leads a team of employees and client relationships.
• Ensures profitability of the account and talent development.
• Operates the department within the approved budget to maximize value for the client.
• Directs safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
• Fosters inter-departmental relations and aligns dining with facility operations.
