Ideal candidates are team-oriented and possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team of 20-30. This position offers a salary starting at $70,000 annually, depending on experience, with various employee perks.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to learn and exceed guest expectations.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate dining operations at Vintage Chophouse.
• Partner with Executive Chef to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Collaborate with banquet events to maintain full operational capacity.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant.
• Complete monthly bar inventory and financial reporting.
• Manage and schedule front-of-house team members.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and service consistency.
• Conduct hiring and performance evaluations of team members.
