Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital communications or related field.
• Experience managing intranets, CMS or enterprise collaboration tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to interpret analytics and translate data into recommendations.
• Interest in leveraging AI to improve employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as product manager and day-to-day site owner for NBCU intranet.
• Govern internal messaging platforms and establish channel standards.
• Train content owners and channel managers with materials and office hours.
• Explore AI opportunities to improve communications and integrate AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with Technology and Communications teams on platform roadmaps.
