Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting Digital Workplace or related enterprise tech solutions.
- Experience with CMS, intranet, web platforms, email and campaign platforms.
- Translating business needs into scalable technology solutions, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in Agile environments with backlog management.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as SME for Digital Workplace and Corporate Communications tech.
- Develop understanding of employee journeys to improve digital experiences.
- Translate complex needs into clear solution requirements and stories.
- Define product vision, roadmaps, and success measures.
