This role supports external communications across Product, Technology, Growth and Decision Sciences, translating complex capabilities into compelling narratives for business and consumer audiences. A self-starter with strong writing and a passion for technology storytelling is ideal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in communications or related field, with tech storytelling experience.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities for diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of technology and its business impact.
• Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Strategic curiosity with hands-on execution.
• Strong earned media instincts and reporter relations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, business, technology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Shape communications strategy with Director and SVP of Strategic Communications.
• Write and edit press releases, plans, messaging, FAQs, talking points, speeches and presentations.
• Collaborate with leaders across Product, Technology, Growth and Decision Sciences to find compelling stories.
• Support executive thought leadership, speaking engagements, and events.
• Manage press inquiries and build relationships with reporters across tech, business, data, and entertainment.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners to align tech narratives with company priorities and milestones.
• Track developments in technology, data, AI, streaming and digital experiences to inform storytelling.
• Keep multiple workstreams moving with attention to detail and good judgment.
