Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a hands-on Marketing and Communications generalist within the Cyber Security team. The role blends storytelling with technology to translate cyber capabilities into clear internal campaigns that educate employees and partners on tools, usage, and protection of NBCU assets.

You will drive campaigns, manage HubSpot workflows, and craft engaging content across email, intranet, web, and training formats, embracing AI-enabled tools and maintaining NBCU brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging communications.
• Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills.
• Expertise in email marketing best practices.
• 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience, including campaign execution, automation, and reporting.
• Strong PowerPoint skills with an eye for visual clarity and storytelling.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Comfortable driving clarity with stakeholders and escalating risks when needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated communications campaigns across multiple workstreams.
• Market cyber tools and services and clearly communicate how and when to engage them.
• Drive awareness and adoption of cyber initiatives impacting users and application teams.
• Create executive-ready content for leadership briefings and team communications.
• Manage content across the Cyber intranet, training library, and communication workflows.
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize content and delivery.
• Create compelling content across formats, including email, intranet, web, and training content.
• Experiment with new formats, channels, and tools (including AI) to improve reach and effectiveness.
