Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Senior Manager for Corporate Communications to lead the product strategy and governance of NBCU’s internal channels, including intranet, email, and collaboration tools. The role partners across Communications, HR, Technology and NBCU businesses to drive day-to-day strategy and execution.

The ideal candidate will champion a modern, connected employee ecosystem during a pivotal time as NBCUniversal evolves.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital communications or related field.
• Experience with intranets, CMS, employee email or enterprise collaboration tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience creating governance standards, templates, and owner resources.
• Ability to interpret analytics and translate data into recommendations.
• PM skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Interest in AI and emerging tech to improve employee experience.

Responsibilities

• NBCU Now Experience: act as product manager and day-to-day site owner for the reimagined NBCU employee intranet.
• Employee Messaging Governance: guide internal messaging platforms and establish standards for different channels.
• Content Owner Training: develop training materials and resources for content owners and channel managers.
• AI and Emerging Capabilities: explore responsible AI opportunities to improve communications.
• Platform Strategy: collaborate with Technology to roadmap and enhance NBCU digital workplace tools.
• Collaboration Platform Governance: define how Teams and Slack are used for employee communications.
• Platform Communications: create clear publishing guidance and governance updates.
