Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Business Systems Analysis Manager for Digital Workplace Solutions in New York. You will lead cross-functional work across Corporate Communications, Engineering, and enterprise technology to deliver cohesive digital workplace experiences.

Role requires 5+ years in Digital Workplace or related enterprise tech, strong analytical skills, and proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions while partnering with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
5+ years Digital Workplace or related enterprise technology experience.
Experience with intranet, CMS, email & campaign platforms.
Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions with clear requirements.
Strong collaboration with engineering, vendors and stakeholders; Agile experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for Digital Workplace and Corporate Communications tech.
Analyze employee journeys and identify opportunities to improve the digital experience.
Translate needs into clear requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria.
Define product vision, roadmaps, capabilities and success measures.
Mentor junior team members and promote best practices.
