Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Website Products to drive website and resident app execution, delivering superior customer experiences and meeting corporate goals. You will lead website strategies, collaborate with regional marketing and IT, and oversee all digital website projects across Irvine Company Apartments online channels.

The role requires strong project leadership, deep knowledge of digital analytics, content oversight, and effective vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is required.
• 5-7 years of work experience in digital website product management is required.
• Strong knowledge of Google Suite and Adobe Analytics is preferred.
• Experience working with Agile processes and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes website project roadmaps for the Irvine Company Apartments marketing department.
• Manages day-to-day website schedules and plans.
• Partners with IT development team and reviews development work.
• Aggregates regional marketing feedback and approval workflows.
• Consults with divisional leaders on day-to-day and future projects.
• Provides digital product oversight and management.
• Leads communications with website vendors on projects.
• Contributes to strategic direction to elevate customer experience.
• Supports KPIs and ensures digital channels meet financial and engagement targets.
• Partners with Digital Media on landing page strategy implementation.
• Gathers requirements for enhancements and bugs.
• Collaborates with regional marketing on execution of digital strategies.
