Job summary

InvestCloud, a global leader in digital wealth technology, seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead client implementations and platform delivery engagements from initiation to completion. You will manage scope, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders while ensuring high client satisfaction and delivery quality.

In this role, you will guide cross-functional teams, maintain detailed plans, and report on progress, risks, and financials. A wealth management background is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the finance or technology industry.
• 5+ years of full lifecycle project management experience in a technology environment.
• 5+ years of experience using industry-standard project management tools and best practices.
• 2-3 years of experience leading complex project teams or delivery efforts.
• Knowledge of SDLC frameworks including Agile, Scrum, Iterative, and Waterfall.
• Experience with Jira, Tempo, and Confluence.
• Financial services industry experience and wealth management background preferred.
• PMP certification or PMI knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of InvestCloud products and digital wealth client implementations.
• Lead all phases of project execution within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive risk management and quality delivery.
• Manage resources and deliverables across a cross-functional organization.
• Create and maintain accurate project plans, budgets, milestones, and scope updates.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans; escalate issues when needed.
• Conduct executive-level status meetings and provide weekly updates.
• Coordinate across teams to align goals and drive timely execution.
