Blackbuck Insights, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Technical Manager to drive delivery and planning for a core Data Ingestion Platform in the Wealth Management domain. You will oversee end-to-end SDLC, coordinate cross-functional pods, and ensure timely, high-quality data workflows.

The role requires 7+ years in technical project management, strong communication, and hands-on Azure DevOps experience. On-site in Saint Louis, MO with Agile sprint execution responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Technical Project Management or related roles within complex IT environments.
• Experience delivering data ingestion platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, or data warehousing.
• Extensive experience with Agile planning using Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira.
• Strong collaboration with Developers, Data Analysts, QA Data Engineers, and DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct, organize, and structure technical work across a Data Ingestion Platform for a Wealth Management client.
• Lead Sprint Planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives using ADO or similar tooling.
• Coordinate cross-functional pods to resolve blockers and meet sprint commitments.
• Map enterprise dependencies across data providers, analytics, and security platforms.
• Track development lifecycle, build phases, and release activities across the platform.
• Coordinate QA and DevOps to align environment readiness and data validation.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders with clear status updates.
