Job summary

InvestCloud, a global wealth technology leader, seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead Digital Wealth client implementations from initiation to completion. You will manage scope, budgets, and schedules while driving quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance or technology.
• 5+ years of full lifecycle project management in a technology environment.
• 5+ years using industry-standard PM tools and best practices.
• 2-3 years leading complex project teams or delivery efforts.
• Knowledge of SDLC frameworks: Agile, Scrum, Iterative, Waterfall.
• Experience with Jira, Tempo, and Confluence.
• Financial services experience and wealth management domain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of InvestCloud products and Digital Wealth solutions.
• Lead all project phases within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Maintain client relationships through clear communication and risk management.
• Coordinate resources across a matrixed organization.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans with milestones and due dates.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans.
• Provide weekly status updates and executive-level reporting.
• Escalate and resolve issues to ensure timely execution.
• Drive accountability and maintain momentum throughout projects.
