Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises (AAA) seeks a Sr Digital Travel Product Manager to define the roadmap for expanding the Travel Digital Channel across ACE markets, driving the product vision and priorities with design and development teams.

The role translates high-level priorities into user stories, manages the product backlog, and leads cross-functional teams through the PDLC, focusing on KPI improvement, usability, and timely delivery for members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7-9 years in product management, UX design/research, product owner and travel industry experience.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Proven ability to increase web KPI metrics.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement strategic initiatives to achieve company goals for assigned products.
• Convert high level priorities into detailed user stories and manage the backlog.
• Define business requirements and project goals; act as project manager for initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams; coordinate with content, UX/design for specs and prototypes.
• Identify new online product opportunities and maintain product roadmaps.
