Job summary

AAA Hoosier seeks a product-focused leader to own aaa.com and the AAA Hoosier App. You will drive strategy, governance, and metrics to improve the digital member experience beyond branch interactions.

You will balance member needs, business priorities, and technical constraints, collaborating with vendors, designers, and developers to prioritize a practical roadmap. Strong analytics and testing mindset required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Design, or Computer Science.
• 5–7 years managing a website and/or mobile app as digital products.

Responsibilities

• Sets website and app strategy, governance, and metrics.
• Owns and prioritizes the AAA Hoosier App product roadmap.
• Monitors website analytics and tracks app usage and downloads.
• Defines digital platform use cases, audiences, and success measures.
• Coordinates with UX/design and development resources to plan enhancements.
• Conducts usability testing and A/B experiments to identify friction points.
• Oversees content governance and quality across aaa.com and the App.
