Job summary

The role partners with executives, technology, operations, and risk teams to prioritize projects and deliver measurable value within regulatory guidelines. This senior position requires 7+ years in banking or related fields, and certifications (PMP/CSM/Lean Six Sigma) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive banking/operations/project management experience.
• PMP/CSM/Lean Six Sigma or comparable certification preferred.
• Experience with enterprise-wide initiatives and portfolio governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation portfolio and governance processes.
• Coordinate strategic transformation initiatives across business lines, technology, and risk.
• Establish project intake, prioritization, and governance workflows.
• Manage project execution, track milestones, risks, and resources.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
• Support change management, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, Operations Management, or related field
