In this role, you’ll shape roadmaps, deliver on time, and communicate risks and decisions with clarity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in digital/retail environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex initiatives.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable plans and concise communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital commerce evolution with alignment to goals, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive a portfolio of initiatives focusing on commerce, personalization, data, and localization.
• Build and manage detailed project plans with milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Communicate updates to senior leadership, surfacing risks and decisions.
