URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director to lead a transformation of planning technology, owning Planning & Allocation, ERP and PLM.

You will drive the enterprise planning platform (o9) to full production, build a product-oriented, agentic planning organization, and partner credibly with brand CEOs, merchants and finance. You will shape a multi-brand, multi-channel roadmap, hire and grow a high-performing team, and set governance for AI-driven decision making across URBN's

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in planning or planning-technology leadership.
• Experience leading multi-brand, multi-channel retail planning.
• Hands-on with Tier-1 tools like o9, Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP IBP, Anaplan or Kinaxis.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Eng, CS or related; MBA preferred.
• Executive presence to influence brand CEOs, merchants and finance leaders.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year strategy and roadmap for Planning & Allocation, ERP and PLM.
• Deliver the o9 platform across brands and channels.
• Define and drive URBN's AI-native planning strategy for allocation, replenishment and demand.
• Lead a high-performing planning technology team and establish the operating model.
• Partner with brand merchandising, planning, Finance, Supply Chain and Data Science across the company.
