Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an experienced technology leader to guide the Strategy, Architecture, and Transformation of its Service Engineering & Operations IT backbone. You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to modernize critical systems, maintain reliability, and accelerate value delivery across dealer service touchpoints.

The role requires proven leadership in large-scale IT programs, governance, and budgets, with a strong focus on data-driven improvement and enterprise

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in MIS/CS/IT or equivalent
Experience leading large IT transformation programs across complex landscapes
Familiarity with Dealer Operations and enterprise IT governance

Responsibilities

Lead technology strategy for Service Engineering & Operations, elevating performance and modernization
Own multi-year IT-enabled transformation roadmap and prioritized backlogs
Partner with FCSD Tech, Digital Products, and Enterprise peers to accelerate delivery and measure impact
Drive culture, coaching, and development to build future-ready teams
