You will manage talent acquisition, performance, total rewards and employee engagement, with a focus on organizational design and workforce planning. The position requires in-person work at Ford’s Dearborn headquarters at least four days

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in HR leadership roles with transformation experience
• Experience leading organizational design, talent management and workforce planning
• Strong communication, credibility with leaders, and data storytelling abilities
• Willingness to work in person at Ford’s Dearborn, MI headquarters for multiple days a week

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of the HR strategy and program delivery across the organization
• Partner with senior leaders to drive organization design and effectiveness
• Drive large-scale change management initiatives with minimal disruption
• Oversee talent management lifecycle including acquisition, development and rewards
• Develop organization-specific people and workforce plans aligned with business needs
