Job summary

Sprezzatura is seeking a Sr. Digital Solutions Analyst to own the program’s digital solutions strategy — spanning applications, tooling, and reporting infrastructure the OMEGA workforce depends on — and lead the group responsible for program-level and executive reporting.

You will set direction for how the program builds, governs, and measures its digital capabilities, shaping a multi-year roadmap and ensuring data quality, with reporting that leadership trusts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience supporting enterprise IT programs, digital transformation, or solutions delivery.
• Demonstrated experience owning a digital solutions or application portfolio within a large enterprise or federal technology environment, including roadmap development and prioritization.
• Experience owning an enterprise reporting or business intelligence function, including executive-facing dashboards and recurring contractual deliverables.
• Working knowledge of low-code application and business intelligence platforms (Power Platform) and governance practices to keep them maintainable.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term strategy and roadmap for the program’s digital solutions portfolio — applications, workforce tooling, and reporting infrastructure — including intake, prioritization, and transparent trade-off decisions against capacity.
• Design, implement, and govern the digital platforms (Power Apps, Power BI) with established governance frameworks.
• Oversee the OMEGA Reporting & Metrics group, consolidating program-level and executive reporting for internal leadership and external VA stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain standards for data accuracy, metric definitions, refresh cadence, and dashboard usability.
• Evaluate emerging tools and platforms for fit against program-wide architecture and licensing posture, coordinating with stakeholders on adoption decisions.
• Engage innovation and reporting stewards to drive tool adoption and sustainment in a matrixed model.
• Partner with program leadership and technical teams to ensure digital solutions advance program outcomes for veterans and families.
• Collaborate with data, analytics, and engineering teams to ensure solutions integrate across the program.
• Manage direct reports, performance management, and workload prioritization; ensure cross-workstream collaboration.
• Present digital solution strategy and program outcomes to executive stakeholders with measurable impact.
