Job summary

Sprezzatura seeks a Sr. Digital Solutions Analyst to own the digital solutions strategy for the OMEGA program, including applications, tooling, and reporting infrastructure used by the workforce. Lead governance, multi-year roadmaps, and executive reporting to drive actionable outcomes.

You will guide platform governance, data quality, and adoption across workstreams, partnering with leadership to deliver measurable impact while stewarding taxpayer resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, business, or related field.
• 8–12 years delivering enterprise IT programs or digital solutions.
• Experience owning enterprise reporting with executive dashboards and contractual deliverables.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term strategy and roadmaps for digital solutions portfolio.
• Govern and measure governance frameworks for Power Platform tools.
• Consolidate program-level and executive reporting for leadership and VA stakeholders.
• Set data accuracy standards, metric definitions, and dashboard usability.
• Evaluate new tools for fit with architecture and licensing posture.
• Enable tool adoption across workstreams and manage sustainment.
• Partner with leadership and delivery teams to advance the program's mission.
• Collaborate with data, analytics, and engineering resources to ensure integration.
• Manage performance and development of direct reports; navigate matrix structure.
• Present strategy and outcomes to executives with focus on impact and resources.
