Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution engineering with marketing tech and customer engagement.
• Proven track record driving ACV growth through Martech solutions for enterprises.
• Strategic vision to leverage Marketing Cloud for business outcomes.
• Thought leadership via presentations, white papers, or industry events.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and customer success.
• Experience as Enterprise Specialist Solution Engineer for a CRM company or similar tech.
• Strong data-driven solution design and high-level architecture skills.
• Background in nonprofit management and related industry trends.
• Excellent presentation skills with storytelling for diverse stakeholders.
• Creative problem solver able to lead and prioritize in dynamic environments.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Solution Development: collaborate with stakeholders to uncover marketing goals and design a roadmap.
• Build: demonstrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with executive-level demos and future-state roadmaps.
