• 5+ years in solution engineering for marketing tech and customer engagement
• At least 5 years as a domain expert in personalization, loyalty, or marketing tech
• Proven track record of driving ACV growth through Martech solution selling for Enterprise customers
• Strategic vision to leverage Marketing Cloud to drive outcomes and enhance experiences
• Thought leadership through presentations, white papers, or industry events
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, product management, and customer success
• Experience as Enterprise Specialist Solution Engineer for a CRM company or similar tech
• Strong technical understanding of data-driven solutions and high-level architecture
• Background in nonprofit management and related industry knowledge
• Exceptional presentation skills with storytelling for stakeholders
• Creative self-starter capable of leading in dynamic environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Computer Science degree required to underpin technical work
