Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solution engineering with marketing technology and customer engagement solutions.
• Proven track record driving ACV growth through Martech solutions, focusing on personalization and loyalty for Enterprise customers.
• Ability to develop strategic vision for Marketing Cloud capabilities to drive outcomes and improve experiences.
• Strong thought leadership with presentations, white papers, or industry events.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, product management, and customer success.
• Experience as Enterprise Specialist Solution Engineer for CRM or similar tech.
• Strong data-driven solution design and high-level architecture skills.
• Background in nonprofit management and industry trends.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
• Creative problem solver with ability to lead in dynamic environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Computer Science degree requirement.
