Learning Resources is seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager, Digital Shelf to lead our optimization efforts across retailer sites from Vernon Hills, IL. You will build a high‑performing team focused on keyword research, content optimization, and sell‑through.

You will own annual business planning, guide keyword strategy balancing SEO with retailer requirements, oversee retail media priorities, and collaborate with Sales, Brand, Product Development, and Creative to boost traffic and conversions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital shelf, ecommerce, retail search, or content optimization.
• Strong understanding of how keywords, content, media, and promotions drive sell-through.
• Highly analytical and comfortable turning data into action.
• Proven team leader who builds accountability around measurable results.
• Experience with digital shelf technology, AI, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Build a performance-oriented team that drives measurable results.
• Lead the Digital Shelf team responsible for keyword research, content optimization, and brand stores across retailer sites.
• Lead annual business planning against POS and UPSPW goals and manage performance throughout the year.
• Guide the team’s keyword strategy balancing traditional SEO with GEO requirements.
• Direct the Media team’s retail search priorities and review campaign structure and attributed sales.
• Oversee digital shelf strategy for new product launches and key seasonal events such as Prime Day.
• Partner with Sales and retailer site merchants to secure digital placement and promotions.
• Collaborate with Influencer Marketing, Brand, Product Development, and Creative to improve traffic, conversion, and POS.
• Oversee digital shelf reporting and analytics to identify issues and opportunities.
• Own the digital shelf technology stack and champion new tools, AI, and automation.
