Medela LLC in Illinois is seeking a Senior Digital Shelf & Content Operations Manager to own and optimize product content across Amazon and major retailers. You will lead PDP optimization, including titles, descriptions, images, videos, A+ content, and Brand Stores, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Collaborating with Marketing, Product, Sales, IT and regional teams, you will manage Salsify, content workflows, and external partners while driving automation and faster content deployment for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital shelf management, eCommerce content operations, or related roles.
• Strong, hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Brand Registry, and PDP optimization.
• Experience using Salsify or a comparable PIM/PXM platform.
• Proven success improving product content, organic search visibility, and conversions.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Amazon & Digital Shelf Performance and optimization of PDPs.
• Lead content creation: titles, descriptions, images, videos, A+ content, Brand Stores.
• Improve organic search visibility, discoverability, and conversion.
• Identify and resolve catalog issues, missing content, and barriers.
• Own Product Content & Salsify Operations and workflow management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, IT, and regional teams.
• Manage external agencies and content vendors; drive automation.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across retailers.
• Translate performance data into actionable optimization recommendations.
