This role drives keyword research, content optimization, and brand store strategies to boost discoverability and sell-through. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in digital shelf/ecommerce with strong analytics, cross-functional leadership, and a track record of delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital shelf, ecommerce, retail search, or content optimization.
• Strong understanding of how keywords, content, media, and promotions drive sell-through.
• Highly analytical with ability to turn data into action.
• Proven team leader with accountability for measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Build a performance-oriented team that drives measurable results.
• Lead the Digital Shelf team responsible for keyword research, content optimization, and brand stores across major retailers.
• Oversee annual business planning against POS and UPSPW goals and manage performance throughout the year.
• Guide the team’s keyword strategy for product content, organic search, paid media, and traffic-driving efforts.
• Direct the Media team’s retail search priorities and review campaign structure and performance.
• Oversee digital shelf strategy for new product launches and seasonal events.
• Partner with Sales and retailer site merchants to secure digital placement and promotional opportunities.
• Collaborate with Influencer Marketing, Brand, Product Development, and Creative to improve traffic and POS.
• Oversee digital shelf reporting and analytics to identify issues and opportunities.
