Job summary

MEDELA LLC is seeking a Senior Digital Shelf & Content Operations Manager to optimize product content across Amazon and other major retailers. You will lead PDP optimization, content workflows, and digital shelf analytics to drive visibility, conversion, and sales.

The role requires deep Amazon expertise, Salsify proficiency, and the ability to collaborate across Marketing, IT, and regional teams. Hybrid work is available for candidates near McHenry, IL.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital shelf management, eCommerce content operations, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Brand Registry, and PDP optimization.
• Experience with Salsify or similar content-syndication tools.
• Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, product indexing, and catalog management.
• Experience supporting multiple regions/countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead optimization of Amazon PDPs (titles, descriptions, images, A+ content, Brand Stores).
• Improve organic search visibility, discoverability, and conversion across major retailers.
• Identify and resolve catalog issues and missing content.
• Monitor Amazon marketplace developments and AI-powered shopping capabilities.
• Oversee content workflows, approvals, syndication, publishing, and verification across platforms.
