Wabtec Corporation in North America seeks a Digital Sales Director for Passenger Rail to drive growth of the Digital Intelligence portfolio. You will shape commercial strategy, win high-value rail projects, and build executive partnerships with transit agencies and prime contractors.

You will oversee a team of sales professionals, drive a consultative, solution-based approach, and partner cross-functionally to deliver integrated digital rail solutions across signaling, PTC, dispatch, SCADA, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in rail.
Experience selling complex technology, systems, or digital solutions within rail transportation.
Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies in project-based sales environments.

Responsabilités

Lead commercial strategy and revenue growth for Digital Intelligence solutions in North American passenger rail.
Develop account strategies and expand relationships with transit agencies and prime contractors.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on customer success and growth.
Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, and Customer Support.
Ensure achievement of annual sales targets and key performance metrics.
