Job summary

Wabtec is seeking the Digital Sales Director, Passenger Rail to drive growth across its Digital Intelligence portfolio in North America. You will develop and execute sales strategies, expand market share, and strengthen partnerships with transit agencies, rail operators, and prime contractors.

You will lead a team of sales professionals, collaborate with engineering, product management, and finance, and report to the Vice President, Passenger Rail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years of commercial leadership experience in rail or related sectors.
• Experience selling complex technology, systems, or digital solutions in rail.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy and revenue growth for Wabtec's Digital Intelligence solutions in North America.
• Develop market growth strategies with transit agencies and prime contractors.
• Oversee a sales team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver outcomes.
• Drive opportunity reviews, bid strategies, and proposal development; ensure targets are met.
