Job summary

Wabtec is seeking a senior program leader to drive the delivery, optimization, and adoption of automation and digital services for key rail customers. You will lead cross-functional programs connecting customer needs with Wabtec’s digital solutions to improve performance, reliability, and value realization.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in program management or digital transformation, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in data analytics and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management, service delivery, or digital transformation experience.
• Leadership of cross-functional programs involving software, data, analytics, or connected technologies.
• Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management with operational/technical leaders.
• Experience managing execution across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Financial and commercial awareness, forecasting, and value realization discussions.
• Technical fluency in data platforms, cloud analytics, or automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve automation service strategy aligned with Digital Intelligence solutions.
• Serve as trusted advisor to customer stakeholders (Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, CIO/CTO).
• Build long-term relationships focused on value realization and continuous improvement.
• Partner with engineering to ensure scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.
• Lead delivery and ongoing optimization of automation and digital service programs across the customer lifecycle.
• Manage multi-workstream initiatives across operations, engineering, data, and product teams.
• Establish program governance, KPIs, SLAs, and operational reporting.
