Kendo Holdings, a San Francisco-based beauty brand developer, is seeking an exceptional Sr. Project Manager for Digital to drive our high-growth eCommerce roadmap.

You will align business vision with flawless execution, guiding teams across Product, Marketing, Brand, and Merch to deliver game-changing features. In this hybrid role, based in San Francisco, you will own end-to-end delivery, manage budgets and timelines, and build strong alliances with leadership and external partners to ignite

Qualifications

• 7+ years in with end-to-end e-commerce and digital product delivery.
• Strong Shopify ecosystem experience and platform knowledge.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end e-commerce projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Brand, and Merch teams to design features.
• Manage timelines, resources, and budgets; drive digital delivery.
• Develop adoption and change management for new features.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize the multi-year digital roadmap.
• Build cross-functional alliances to advance digital initiatives.
• Coordinate activities in Asana for full transparency
