Job summary

Kendo, a San Francisco–based beauty brand developer and LVMH division, seeks a Sr. Project Manager, Digital, to lead cross-functional digital initiatives in a hybrid San Francisco role. You will drive e-commerce programs and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Technology teams to accelerate revenue and enhance customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of PM experience in digital commerce, is Shopify-savvy, and excels at communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of high-octane project management experience in e-commerce and digital product development.
• Fluent with Shopify ecosystem and digital commerce platforms.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams from concept to delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Experience with Asana as a primary project management tool.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end e-commerce projects, delivering on time and on budget.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Brand, and Tech to design and ship features and journeys.
• Manage timelines, resources, and budgets; maintain project visibility and governance.
• Develop change-management plans to drive adoption of new features.
• Analyze performance data to optimize the multi-year digital roadmap.
• Forge strong cross-functional partnerships and maintain-external tech collaborations.
• Coordinate all activities within Asana to ensure transparency across teams.
