Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Analyst, Digital Analytics to partner with product teams and shape how customers and patients experience our digital services. You will translate business questions into measurable targets and ensure our digital experiences stay healthy.

You will collaborate across UX, Customer Experience Management, IT, Site Optimization, Marketing and Merchandising to define success metrics, monitor performance, and deliver timely insights that drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of relevant analytics experience for CVS leadership programs or 2+ years for others.
• Experience with online analytics tools such as Adobe, Coremetrics, Localytics, Webtrends preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to evolve and improve digital experiences for customers and patients.
• Define success metrics and measurement approaches to ensure health of digital experiences.
• Work with UX, IT, Site Optimization, Marketing and Merchandising to deliver insights and improvements.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and communicate findings to teams.
