Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in product management, digital strategy, or project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and digital platforms.
• Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage product backlog and roadmap for key digital initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to define and deliver strategic product enhancements.
• Act as a key liaison between business leaders and development teams.
• Define and oversee acceptance criteria and oversee feature releases.
• Guide Agile planning cycles and manage delivery timelines.
• Monitor platform performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and customer experience teams.
• Analyze market trends and digital innovations to inform strategy.
• Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
