Job summary

You will work with research, analytics, and cross-functional partners to run design sprints, workshops, and critiques, while contributing to design systems, tooling, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years leading product design within digital teams.
• Experience with service design, enterprise UX, or platform design across UX, visual, and interaction design.

Responsibilities

• Owns the UX strategy for a product area or customer journey.
• Guides discovery work and collaborate with research and analytics partners.
• Leads design sprints, workshops, and design critiques.
• Mentors junior designers and provide structured feedback.
• Contributes to design standards, documentation, and tooling improvements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
