Job summary

You will mentor junior designers, lead design sprints and critiques, and contribute to design standards, documentation, and tooling improvements.

Qualifications

• Four years leading product design within digital teams.
• Experience with service design, enterprise UX, or platform design across UX, visual, and interaction design.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or eight years’ experience in lieu).

Responsibilities

• Owns the UX strategy for a product area or customer journey.
• Guides discovery work with research and analytics partners.
• Leads design sprints, workshops, and design critiques.
• Mentors junior designers and provides structured feedback.
• Contributes to design standards, documentation, and tooling improvements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
