Okta Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Product Owner to own Okta.com. You will lead the roadmap, performance, and user experience to reflect Okta's brand, support the product portfolio, and convert audiences globally.

In this high-accountability role, you will bridge strategy, brand, messaging, UX, content, and analytics to drive smarter site outcomes. A strong, executive-facing roadmapping ability is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in web strategy, website management, digital marketing.
• Strong point of view on how AI can transform a website.
• Proven experience owning complex B2B or multi-audience websites.
• Experience leading large-scale web projects and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of web UX, Brand, SEO/GEO, and performance optimisation.
• Comfortable with modern CMS.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to present a roadmap to an executive leadership team.
• Familiar with marketing funnel analytics, CRO, and A/B testing.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams on roadmaps and web tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of Okta.com.
• Drive the vision for AI-enabled website experiences to optimize conversion.
• Continue to build Okta.com as a strong conversion machine for all audiences.
• Manage site structure, UX, content strategy, and page optimization with teams.
• Collaborate with Brand and Product Marketing for storytelling.
• Report on traffic, engagement, and conversion; implement enhancements.
