Job summary

Okta’s Brand & Creative team seeks a Senior Digital Designer to join our internal agency and help bring our brand and marketing to life on our websites. Reporting into the Creative Director, Digital, you will deliver design solutions for key briefs and collaborate across Brand, UX, Digital Strategy, Content, Development, and Production.

You will craft thoughtful digital experiences, ensure brand consistency, and push innovative ideas while staying detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• 5+ years copywriting experience in a creative agency or client-side group; B2B/tech experience is a plus.
• World-class portfolio of work.
• Strong presentation skills; ability to present to executives/leaders.
• Highly organized and collaborative across multiple projects.
• Expert knowledge of the creative process and collaborating with UX strategy & design, developers, and web producers.
• Proficient with Figma, Adobe CC, Google Suite.
• Experience using design systems to create digital marketing websites.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Creative Lead on conceptual development, design and execution for digital experiences on okta.com.
• Craft thoughtful digital design solutions to drive user engagement and click-through rate.
• Articulate ideas clearly and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Collaborate with Brand, UX, Digital Strategy, Content, Development and Production to launch brand-led experiences.
• Ensure brand consistency and high quality of design across projects.
• Learn and share insights on design trends and industry best practices.
• Think big while maintaining attention to detail.
