Job summary

TPI Global Solutions in Westerville, Ohio seeks a hands-on Senior Delivery Lead to own a full platform migration to a composable DXP for a global audience. This role goes beyond PMO; you’ll drive the end-to-end delivery from kickoff to go-live with hands-on coordination.

You’ll manage content readiness, stakeholder alignment at the C-suite level, vendor relationships, regional localization, SEO validation, and go-live execution, ensuring zero gaps at launch.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital project delivery, web platform launches, or digital transformation
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise website migrations on time and on budget
• Deep understanding of content operations: CMS, PIM, DAM, localization workflows, editorial governance
• Experience with DXP/composable architectures and you know the difference between a monolithic CMS and a modern content platform
• Stakeholder management at C-level where you’ve presented to CMOs, CIOs, and steering committees
• Physical presence in Westerville, Ohio. On-site role, minimum 3 days/week, up to 5 days/week during critical phases
• Available to start within the next 2–3 weeks

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of the new platform migration from platform migration, content readiness, internal approvals, vendor coordination, and go-live execution
• Content migration program ensuring 100% of editorial content is audited, classified, produced, and migrated to the new DXP with zero gaps at launch
• Stakeholder alignment across Marketing, IT, Product, Regional teams, and C-level driving decisions
• Vendor and agency management including internal/external content production agencies, localization vendors, and technical implementation partners
• Cross-functional governance to run the cadence, removing blockers and escalating before problems arise
• Regional coordination with approval workflows across regions with different compliance and localization needs
• Go-live readiness: QA, rollback planning, SEO validation, URL mapping, and launch-day execution
