Job summary
Creative Solutions Services, LLC in Westerville, OH seeks a Senior PMO to lead platform launch and content readiness for a full-scale digital migration. You will own end-to-end delivery from kickoff through go-live, coordinating content, vendors, and regional stakeholders in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
You bring 10+ years of digital delivery, hands-on governance, and experience with DXP/composable architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital project delivery and platform launches.
- Proven track record of enterprise website migrations on time and on budget.
- Deep understanding of content operations: CMS, PIM, DAM, localization workflows.
- Experience with DXP/composable architectures and headless CMS.
- Coordinate 10+ internal stakeholders and external vendors without losing track.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the new platform launch from migration to go-live.
- Audit and migrate 100% editorial content with zero gaps at launch.
- Align stakeholders across Marketing, IT, Product and regions.
- Manage vendors and agencies including localization partners.
- Run governance to keep decisions moving and blockers removed.
- Coordinate regional approvals and compliance during rollout.
- Ensure go-live readiness including QA, SEO validation, URL mapping.
