Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Digital Payments in Irving, TX to own cash management and payment capabilities that help small businesses move money securely at scale. You will lead end-to-end product delivery, fraud controls, and customer-focused enhancements across ACH, Real-Time Payments, and Wires.

Collaborate with risk, UX, and technology to design scalable solutions, leverage APIs, and drive adoption with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in product management for payments.
• Experience with ACH, Wires, Real-Time payments.
• Ability to translate data into product decisions.
• Clear written and verbal communication, cross-functional alignment.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product management for Digital Cash Management incl. ACH originations, Real-Time Payments and Wires.
• Develop and optimize ACH fraud mitigation tools (Positive Pay, Debit Block, Debit Filter).
• Drive strategic roadmaps for Payments and Transfers, coordinating launches and enhancements.
• Shape roadmaps for payments and cash management capabilities, identifying enhancements that boost processing efficiency.
• Partner with UX, technology, and analytics to translate client needs into scalable digital solutions.
• Coordinate digital integration with fintech partners, third-party vendors, and internal teams via APIs and embedded banking.
• Analyze competitive landscapes, market trends, and client research to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Monitor product performance metrics and translate findings into targeted improvements.
• Develop client and market insights to validate decisions and prioritize impactful enhancements.
