Job summary

Citi in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Core Payments portfolio, driving strategy, innovation, and delivery across a high-impact team. You will own the full product lifecycle for corporate card solutions, from roadmap to client-facing delivery, while coaching a team of product managers and coordinating across business units.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading product strategy in financial/payments domains.
• Deep knowledge of corporate/commercial card products and credit risk.
• Proven leadership of product management teams across markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop PMs across the Commercial Cards portfolio to deliver results.
• Direct end-to-end lifecycle; monitor demand, trends, and competition.
• Research markets with clients and competitors to shape roadmaps.
• Collaborate with clients to present products and gather feedback.
• Set and track revenue, growth, and cost targets; drive business plans.
• Consider credit risk and ensure regulatory/compliance alignment.
