AdOutreach LLC is seeking a world-class Digital Media Buyer & Paid Ads Coach to lead high‑impact campaigns on YouTube, Meta, and Google while coaching clients to advertising victory. This remote role requires 4 hours of overlap with US CST for client-facing meetings and collaboration with our elite Client Services team.

You will analyze data, optimize ROAS, and mentor clients through coaching forums, live clinics, and strategic calls.

Qualifications

• Proven track record scaling YouTube Ads & Meta Ads; Google Ads is a major plus.
• Ability to translate complex tracking data into actionable client insights.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns for high‑level clients across YouTube, Meta, and Google.
• Ruthlessly monitor KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and troubleshoot underperforming funnels.
• Provide elite-level client coaching in our private coaching forums and live clinics.
