CHCP Healthcare and Educational Services LLC is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for Integrated Digital Marketing. The role focuses on unifying Paid Search, SEO, and Social Media across a remote Texas-based team, collaborating with senior leadership to drive innovative, data-driven campaigns.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in digital marketing, experience with AI-driven platforms, and a track record of managing agencies and achieving full-funnel results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of digital marketing experience with Paid Search, SEO, and Social Media.
• Experience managing agencies or external partners.
• Experience with AI-driven marketing platforms and automated media systems.
• Full-funnel performance and conversion optimization experience.
• Experience in regulated or performance-driven industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and data entry.
• Experience with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, marketing automation software, CRM Velocify and Anthology.

Responsabilités

• Plan, manage, and optimize integrated marketing across Paid Search, SEO, and Social Media.
• Ensure alignment across channels to support full-funnel objectives from awareness to conversion.
• Serve as a unifying point of coordination across Paid and Organic efforts.
• Act as strategic partner to AVPs for execution of AI-enabled, automated strategies.
• Lead cross-channel programs through completion with timely milestones.
• Oversee agency performance and optimization discussions at senior level.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Support data-driven decision making and reporting improvements.
