Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Specialist in Digital Marketing covering email, SMS and organic social. You will own end-to-end campaigns across multiple brands, designing journeys, optimizing content, and driving engagement with data-driven decisions.

Collaborating with marketing, analytics, and agency partners, you will test, iterate, and implement new channel strategies to strengthen our owned channel presence and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years of related experience.
• Experience in digital marketing with a focus on email, SMS, or social media across multiple brands.
• Proven ability to independently run complex, multi-brand campaigns and improve engagement.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end email campaigns for multiple brands, including audience segmentation and journey design.
• Design nurture programs and progressive profiling to improve personalization.
• Execute SMS campaigns, coordinate cross-channel messaging, and optimize delivery.
• Run organic social campaigns and monitor performance across platforms.
• Develop cross-channel performance dashboards and conduct A/B tests.
