Exposure is hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead multi-channel campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, social media, and inbound marketing for a diverse client portfolio in Wallingford, CT. This full-time, onsite role focuses on delivering measurable results and client success.

You will manage end-to-end initiatives, analyze campaign performance, and work with clients to align strategies with business objectives while leveraging marketing automation platforms.

# Senior Digital Marketing SpecialistAre you a digital marketing strategist ready to take on dynamic campaigns across a diverse client portfolio? Exposure is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead multi-channel initiatives—including SEO, PPC, email, social media, and inbound marketing—that drive measurable results and client success.This is a full-time position onsite at our centrally located offices in Wallingford, CT.## Role Requirements:* Maintain responsibility for digital marketing tasks for a client’s website development project and ongoing digital marketing engagements* Oversee designated client marketing initiatives to ensure effective execution and objectively evaluate the results* Lead strategic client engagements to provide insights and actionable ideas for developing successful marketing campaigns that align with each client's business objectives* Directly implement SEO, PPC, social media and email campaigns for clients* Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement* Audit websites for SEO health, user experience and conversions and provide recommendations for better optimization* Present clear and actionable strategic recommendations to clients through a collaborative process## You will love this job if you:* Enjoy fostering direct client relationships focused on business growth through digital marketing* Are persistent in acquiring knowledge about both client industries and digital marketing trends* Possess a dynamic toolbox of digital marketing techniques and skills including SEO, PPC, social media, content writing, and inbound marketing* Have strong analytical skills and the ability to relate results to client business objectives* Are able to gather and interpret data, test campaigns and understand their effectiveness and then translate into actions, improvements and results* Communicate and coordinate well with clients and team members to help them understand digital marketing processes and principles, as well as identification of client marketing goals* Have a principled approach to doing quality work and paying attention to details## Qualifications:* Proven expertise with SEO, PPC, keyword research, social media, email marketing, and analytics (specifically Google Analytics)* Experience with direct client interactions and oversight of client campaigns* Knowledge of fundamental web design concepts, practices, and procedures* Marketing automation platform experience (HubSpot, Marketo, Sharp Spring, MailChimp, HootSuite and SEM Rush a plus)* 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, agency experience strongly preferred* Undergraduate degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business or related field preferred## Salary & Benefits* Exposure has budgeted an annual wage range for this position of $75,000-$95,000.
